St. Leon Slaw Dressing has been a recipe used by the folks of St. Leon, IN. The recipe of how it is made is not written down and each batch is hand measured. Some batches may have a little more his or a little more that, which makes it very unique. The dressing is used at the St. Leon Volunteer Fireman's Festival, which serves thousands of dinners each year. With the inspiration from the festival, Quad Que has adopted what we think is the recipe and use it in our slaw. As a token of appreciation, a portion of each bottle sold is donated back to the St. Leon Volunteer Fire Department.
